At ITM we have been dedicated to industrial moulding and the transformation of technical plastics by injection for over 50 years. We aim to put this experience at your disposal and offer you our tooling and injection moulding services, in order to turn your ideas into real products.
WE SHAPE YOUR PROJECT
We listen to your idea and accompany the project through all the stages of production, until it results in a final product.
/ TOOLING WORKSHOP
We count on industrial designers and professional mould makers who conceive and parameterise the project, and then start with the manufacture of the mould.
Our tooling workshop consists of 2 modern 5-axis machining centres, which allow us to create highly complex technical moulds weighing up to 20 tonnes with high precision.
/ INJECTION PLANT
In our injection plant, we are equipped with 9 robotic plastic injectors with a capacity ranging from 500 to 2700 tons of closing force, which gives us the possibility to manufacture large parts at an agile pace.
